How do I schedule online?
Fill in your home details, pick a preferred date and time window, and submit. We confirm your exact start time by email, usually within a few business hours.
When will I get a confirmation?
You get an email confirmation as soon as you submit. We send a second email once we assign your cleaner and lock in your start time.
Do you have a phone number?
Yes. Call or text 647-691-6911 during business hours, Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm EST.
How do I select a date and time?
Pick your preferred date in step 2, then choose a morning or afternoon window. We need at least 2 days notice and we do not clean on Sundays. Your exact start time is confirmed once we assign your cleaner.
Can I reschedule my booking later?
Yes. Call or text us at 647-691-6911 the day before your appointment. There is no rescheduling or cancellation fee as long as we have 24 business hours notice, Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm EST.
Which areas do you serve?
We clean across the GTA, including Toronto, North York, Etobicoke, Scarborough, East York, Mississauga and other GTA cities. See all service areas.
When am I charged?
A $50 CAD deposit is charged when you book, which locks in your first clean. The balance is charged after your clean is complete, on overnight processing. If you choose cash or cheque, nothing is charged online and you pay in full once the clean is done.
Is my card stored securely?
Your card is entered on Stripe’s secure payment page and stored by Stripe, not by us. We never see or store your card number. We keep only a Stripe reference so we can charge the balance after your clean.
