We offer a full standard clean and a shorter 2-hour recurring light housekeeping visit covering the kitchen, bathroom, floors, dusting and one load of laundry. Clients 65 and over receive 15% off. We are a cleaning company, not a home care agency: we do not provide bathing, dressing, medication assistance, meal preparation or medical transport of any kind.

A recurring visit that keeps the kitchen, bathroom and floors manageable between family visits, without anyone having to bend, reach or carry.
Book, pay and change the schedule on a parent's behalf from anywhere. We confirm each visit with whoever you name as the contact.
A smaller home needs a shorter visit, not a full standard clean. The light housekeeping plan is scoped and priced for exactly that.
We are a private cleaning provider you can refer clients to for housekeeping only. Proof of insurance and a written scope of work are available on request.

- •Trash and recycling taken out, including to the bin or chute

What is included in a light housekeeping visit?↓
The kitchen, the bathroom, vacuuming and mopping throughout, dusting of reachable surfaces, one load of laundry washed and folded, and taking out the trash and recycling. It is a shorter visit than a full standard clean, designed to be repeated weekly, bi-weekly or monthly rather than done once.
Do you provide personal care or home care for seniors?↓
No. Pro City Maids is a cleaning company, not a home care or personal support agency. We do not provide bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, medication assistance, meal preparation, driving or medical care of any kind, and our cleaners are not personal support workers. Can I request the same cleaner every visit?↓
Yes, where scheduling allows. We match recurring clients with a consistent cleaner so they learn the home, the routine and anything that should not be moved. If your regular cleaner is ever unavailable we send a fully briefed replacement rather than cancelling the visit.
Can an adult child book and pay for a parent's cleaning?↓
Yes. Many of our recurring senior clients are booked and paid for by a family member who does not live in the home. You can set the schedule, hold the payment method and be the person we confirm each visit with, while your parent stays in control of what gets done on the day.
