Referral partner terms

Client offer

• 10% off the first residential clean, or the first commercial visit / first post-trial month.
• New clients in our GTA service areas. One promo per booking. Not stackable with other codes.

What you earn

• $20 CAD once per new referred client, after their first clean is completed.
• $40 CAD instead when that first clean's revenue is $300 or more.
• Paid by e-transfer or Amazon gift card. No payout if the clean is cancelled or never happens.
• One payout per household or business. Later visits for the same client do not pay again.

What counts

• The client uses your unique code (or we confirm the referral in writing for a phone or commercial booking).
• The client is new to Pro City Maids.
• Does not count: self-referral, same property as the partner, no-show, failed payment.

Term

• The partnership runs for one year from the start date, then renews automatically each year.
• Either side may end it at any time by email or text. Ending it does not cancel payouts already earned.

We may change these terms

• Pro City Maids may update the discount, the payout, or these terms. We will notify you by email.
• New terms apply to referrals after that notice. Cleans already completed stay on the old terms.

How we work together

• This is a working understanding, not a contract of employment, a franchise, or an exclusive deal.
• Share the flyers, QR codes, and link we give you. Do not change our logo, claims, or pricing.
• Promote the client discount and booking path. Keep the payout amount off public flyers unless we agree otherwise.
